Within the scope of the social media application belonging to Matesbridge Sosyal Medya Hizmeti A.S ("Company") and the website www.matesbridge.com and/or its subdomains ("Application"), and in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("Law") and the relevant secondary regulations, within the framework of the Information Notice on the Processing of Personal Data (GDPR Information Notice) presented to me ("User") by the Company;
For the purposes of enabling the User to benefit from the Application, carrying out the necessary work by business units to allow relevant individuals to benefit from the services provided by the Company, planning the access authorizations of business partners and/or suppliers and managing the relations with business partners and/or suppliers, providing and improving the services subject to the Application, determining and implementing the commercial and business strategies of the Company, conducting reporting and business development activities, providing suggestions to the User in line with their preferences by taking into account the User's personal tastes and preferences and carrying out related activities, activating the customizations offered through the Application upon the User's request and delivering personalized services accordingly, within the scope of planning and/or executing the processes of creating and/or increasing loyalty to the products and/or services offered by the Company, improving the services provided by the Company, promoting new services and providing necessary information to the User in this regard, carrying out the necessary activities to improve User experience (developing communication management processes, conducting satisfaction surveys) and following up on the User's requests and/or complaints, planning and executing market research activities for the sales and marketing of the services offered by the Company, performing the necessary work by our relevant business units for the realization of the activities carried out by the Company and executing the related business processes, planning and executing the activities required for presenting, recommending, and promoting the services offered by the Company to the relevant individuals, and managing and executing the development processes of the artificial intelligence used by the Application;
I hereby give explicit consent to the collection, recording, processing, storage, and transfer of the following personal data and special categories of personal data for the duration of the service relationship and, in any case, for the legal retention periods defined under the Law:
Name, surname, date of Birth, country of Birth, city of Birth, gender, marital status, nationality, national ID card information (ID number, serial number, wallet number, father's name, mother's name, place of Birth, province, district, neighborhood, volume number, family sequence number, sequence number, household number, page number, registration number, place of issue, reason for issue, date of issue, previous surname, photograph, signature), copy of identity card, address number, email address, contact address, telephone number, location information, debit/credit card, IBAN information.
In accordance with Article 10 of the Law, I have been informed that the personal data and special categories of personal data specified above will be recorded, processed, stored, and transferred while the service relationship continues and, in any case, for the legal retention periods determined under the Law, and that after the expiration of the legal retention period, my personal data will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized in accordance with the relevant Law and its secondary regulations.
I declare that I have read and understood the Information Notice on the Processing of Personal Data (GDPR Information Notice) published on the official website of the Company, and I hereby give explicit consent, without any external influence or pressure, to the collection, recording, processing, storage, and transfer of my personal data and special categories of personal data as specified above in this "Explicit Consent Declaration".
Additionally, I hereby accept, declare, and undertake that I explicitly consent to the transfer of such data to servers and/or service providers located abroad, as required for the performance of the service, in accordance with Article 9 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698.
